Tía Chavita, Gracias por siempre hacerme sentir bienvenida, recibirme con un abrazo cariñoso y palabras de afirmación y orgullo. Extrañaré la posibilidad de tomarnos un tecito con galletas mientras charlamos de la vida pero me siento tranquila de saber que de nuevo estas en compañía de Mr. John y que juntos van a disfrutar de la paz eterna. Siempre serán un gran ejemplo de hospitalidad y servicio y los tendré en mi corazón eternamente. Tía Chavita desde niña te recuerdo con tus brazos abiertos como buena anfitriona y tu corazón siempre dispuesto a escuchar a aconsejar y ayudar. Eso si asegurándote de expresar siempre tu punto de vista sin ninguna reserva, y todo esto acompañado de tu inmensa fe en Dios. Y esa gran capacidad de expresarte y de hacerme vivir a través de tus expresiones faciales todo lo que sentías mientras contabas historias y dialogabas conmigo sobre cualquier tema, ya fuera de religión, de historia, de política, de las relaciones de familia. No estabas interesada en parecerte a nadie, y disfrutabas diciendo que eras "rara" y diferente a todos los demás, me enseñaste que cada persona es única. Saludos y abrazos para ti y para Mr John, y que disfruten compartiendo la eterna luz con Dios. Tu sobrina, Jacqueline. Aunt Chavita, I remember you since I was a child with your open arms as a good host and your heart always ready to listen, advise and help. Of course, making sure to always express your point of view without any reservations, and all this accompanied by your immense faith in God. And that great ability to express yourself and make me live through your facial expressions everything you felt while you told stories and talked with me about any subject, whether it was religion, history, politics, family relationships. You were not interested in being like anyone else, and you enjoyed saying that you were "weird" and different from everyone else, you taught me that each person is unique.
